Located on stately Mountain Avenue and four blocks from College Avenue, this beautifully appointed studio apartment features an open floor plan with custom cherry cabinetry, granite, travertine and ceramic tile, queen size memory foam bed with reading lights, oversize custom-built shower with rainhead, Smart TV for your streaming devices, WiFi, and all kitchen appliances (half-fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder) and utensils.

It's an easy walk to vibrant Old Town restaurants, bars, craft breweries, specialty shops, farmers' markets and bus transportation. We are less than a mile to CSU, Poudre River, New Belgium Brewery, Lyric Cinema Cafe, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Your accommodations include shared laundry room access with ironing board and iron, clothes closet, and under-bed space for stashing all that outdoor gear! There's an outdoor patio with privacy wall, ample seating, and table on a huge backyard lot. Cruiser bikes and combo lock are available upon request when booking for exploring this bike-friendly city. Landscaping and outdoor upgrades are in progress.

Great Location

Great location close to downtown. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Marathon Weekend

Stayed here for the colorado state marathon! It could not have been in a better location and was within a close walk for the bus pickup and finish area. Room was clean and had everything I would need.

A great spot for a short stay

We were in town to go to a concert at Mishawaka Amphitheater. The location of this unit was ideal. It was walkable to Old Town where you could eat, shop or enjoy the buskers. It had a very upbeat vibe. The unit was equipped with everything you would need including the use of a washer and dryer downstairs. We will be sure to stay here again if we are in town and it is available.

We really enjoyed staying in this studio. It was perfect for our getaway weekend. We loved the close location to Old Town Fort Collins. Bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Loved sitting outside on the patio and listening to the birds. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful spot

We stayed for two nights for a couple of shows and it was perfect. Great location! We just walked most places..brought our dogs and they had a nice backyard to run around in. It’s small but honestly it’s cuter in person than the pictures and it’s nicer than just getting a hotel room. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us!

Traveled to Fort Collins with my daughter for CSU orientation. Location was perfect for us. The room is very cozy and well decorated. Eva was super nice! The bed has got to be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a Vrbo location. Looking forward to staying again when my husband and I head out to visit our daughter!

Comfy and great location

What you read is what you get! This small, but cozy, spot is perfect on many levels. Walking distance to Old Town, quiet neighborhood to walk our dog, spacious yard for our pup to wander, location felt safe, and bed and pillows were grand. Eva and Kurt were responsive and kind hosts! Highly recommended!

This studio had everything we needed for our stay.....A nice, firm mattress, a shower which had enough room on all sides to feel comfortable in, appliances which all worked fine, and in a nice neighborhood where I could venture out each morning in a different direction and get my daily walk in without a lot of traffic.....
