「Comfort and acceptable 」

「For a budget hotel, it is worthwhile. Clean and warm room. Don’t expect too much, no electric kettle, teabags or coffee, table, chairs at room. Small room for putting one luggage suitcase. 」

「Very modern and well kept hotel, though it would have been nice to have been able to get to reception and park without having to push through people swooning over some gym bods. Also they need to enforce blue badge parking restrictions, at least 2 bays with no blue badge in display. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved.」

「酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！」

「Throughly enjoyed our overnight stay, fascinating manor we love history and this doesn't disappoint. Room 51 nice and quiet plenty of hot water and excellent breakfast. Easy parking lots of available walks in beautiful scenery 」

「All very good except the signage. I was nearly back on the M1 before I saw the sign hidden by bushes. there was no sign as I came off the M1 and as it was dark I had to assume it was there somewhere」
