Staff very good room very nice but tge xarpets in the corridors were very dirty black stains and what looked like white bleach narks all the way down to reception When we were walking to our room i said to my wife if the carpets are the same as the corridors i do not want to stay here they were very stained

Staff are nice the carpet in the hallways need a good shampoo also our room had a large brown stain which needs cleaning.the hotel looked a little tired but all it really needs is a deep clean inside and out.

It is actually an excellent place for the price we paid compared with the average motorway hotel, also with reasonable restaurant. However we had strange experience in that somehow they gave us a room which someone else still had, and who blundered in the room in the middle of the night. Many apologies from him although not his fault and everything sorted out. The hotel seemed remarkably unconcerned and gave not a ghost of explanation or apology.
