「Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Alles Tip Top」

「Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅」

「It’s a nice stay. The location is good and the staff is friendly. The room is cosy and warm. The property doesn’t have a lift so we have to carry the luggage upstairs. Other than that, everything’s fine. 」

「如果SPA營業時間再增長一點，會更加好，員工的態度亦是很好、很專業！雖然英語能力只是一般，但他們也會盡力去講解，值得一讚。😊😊但是早餐就不夠豐富。在游泳池外的景色是一個非常好的境觀」

「A beautiful building with a very nice Spa Area and very kind service and staff. What I didn't know before and got told when checking in was that our room was in another building, just 30m away but basically another hotel. It was still possible to go everywhere and use everything but for breakfast and spa you had to leave the house which in cold weather conditions can be annoying. Last but not least there was a little dog in the next room that was barking the whole time when their owners went...
