「Generally satisfied with services for our 8 nights stay, but surprised on quite of few tour groups check-in , affecting the ambiance of the loony and breakfast area ! 3 days the room cleaning didn’t finish before 3pm .. until we called up upon our return to the room, and surprised the room not cleaned, the housekeeping came as our request! 」

「The girls on morning duty of the reception are very helpful but the guy for evening could be more kind. I arrive on Friday 15 min to 7pm inquiring about street parking. The parking fee of this property is rather high 24 Euro per day. Sat and Sun parking along the street is free. And Fri street parking has a fee till 7pm. As a reception man of the hotel he should be helpful and give the right information. However, he suggested me to park in their garage because street parking on Sat is not free...
