「The stay was great. My only complaint is that they only provided one washcloth for our stay and no second set of sheets. We stayed a week so having those things would have been nice, but overall it was a great experience. 」

「The wifi we paid for was spotty and mostly not usable. Television spotty as well. Other than that, everything else was good. 」

「This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.」

「Location is very convenient to the French Quarter and Canal street. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again.」

「Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wife’s birthday “staycation”. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. We would book again...

「Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked」

「Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay. 」

「No clear checkout procedures. A/C ifficuly to adjust. No extra blankets available in unit.」

「Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.」

「This is quiet relaxing property that is very spacious , less then 10 min drive to downtown attractions . Walking distance to neighborhood Panola St cafe which is great spot for breakfast /brunch , also short drive to Mid-Town for other restaurants. Clean house , shower water pressure / hot water is good , wifi and tv apps work smoothly , I would recommend this to anyone visting NOLA !!!!!」

「The motel rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Since there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if there was coffee provided and some basic condiments, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Would definitely stay there again.」
