「While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. 」

「Hotel was lovely, very clean and the food was great, the only complaint was the car park charge of £15, we refused to pay it and park in a local council carpark very close for £5.」

「A great place to stay. The property is self service which I wasn't aware of when booking, but access was easy. The room was very clean and had most basic facilities. The only issue was there was no soap in the in-shower dispenser. Also, a glass or cup in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.」

「A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. 」

「Access was excellent.Very clean.Particularly liked the old and new buildings combined.Would have liked to sit up to a table and eat in the reception cafe bar.Difficult eating a meal from an easy chair onto a coffee table.These could easily be situated in the old building.THis is not a complaint.!!!!」

「Visited this hotel 3 times and been very happy , The last visit though the room had no heating which we were told they would report fault Due to sash windows and single glazed it did not help , Will still use it lovely views 」
