「Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly.」

「Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, em área muito bonita e com vista para o estuário, próximo a excelentes, bares e restaurantes. As principais atrações da cidade (Relógio de Flores, Museu Fonck e a belíssima orla de Vinã del Mar) ficam a 10 minutos a pé. Ótimo café da manhã e mesmo o quarto mais simples é completo e espaçoso. Altamente recomendado. 」

Having over two decades in the hospitality industry and working in 5 star resorts, this property exceeded expectations. Beautiful appointed and grounds were very inviting. Accommodations were fantastic! Can't wait to return.」

「The owners and staff at the hotel were incredible! So nice and friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed being served breakfast by Lucas. It is lovely to see they actually practise inclusion. The hotel itself could do with a little bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms. The food was very nice with a choice of lovely Chilean dishes every day. Very personalised attention and the location is fantastic. I was there for work and I didn’t have an iron in my room but they basically ran to the store...

「Installations was a little bit old, we could see some ants in the room. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels.」
