「very nice hotel」

「Modern, clean boutique room. Helpful staff. Great food. Trivial downside - a couple of dining room windows cobwebbed with dusty blinds but wouldn’t deter us from staying again 」

「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「Very last minute booking. Only stayed for one night and the room was clean and well appointed. Mattress I would say needs to be replaced and struggled with the wi fi signal. Good breakfast included. Staff friendly and accommodating. Nice open space and river walk close by. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 」

「Its a good place to stay, rooms are basic but comfortable and clean and a good location with amenities for eating and shopping next door. Ample free parking is great too」

「Lovely stay overall. This hotel has alot of character and is set above Cardiff with lovely views down to the bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. 」

「Location was great in the city and in the hotel. We were on third floor and in the corner. It was very quite and we could sleep well. The double glazed windows had blown and were fogged. View of the car park but that was not unexpected. 」

「Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.」

「Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed.」

「Very clean. Very efficient design of space and modern. It would have been nice to have more hooks and a deeper shelf to put our things but we are only in our room to sleep. It was really all we needed. I really appreciated how ecofriendly they are, not even having plastic lids for the coffee cups in the lobby. The lobby was staffed 24 hours a day and the staff were all very helpful. They followed the Golden Rule.」

「very happy with this hotel, we were given an upgraded room. Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them.」

「Had a couple of small problems which were rectified the next day. Comfortable bed and 2 seater sofa in the lounge. Excellent kitchen..」
