「入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！」

「市街地への近さ、清潔さ、いずれも良かったです。バスルームの排水がちょっと匂いますが。 ザグレブの長距離バスターミナルへもトラム１本でアクセス可能。 トラムの騒音対策として耳栓が用意されていますが、騒音よりも振動（地震のように建物ごと揺れる）か強いのであまり意味をなさないです。お陰で早く目覚められるので寝坊せずに済みました。」
