Dans celui-ci, tout est confortable (la porte d’entrée est un peu dure à ouvrir) et le quartier est calme.」

「Great for small family with older kids/couples. We loved the location- very central and walkable. It is up a steep hill and there are stairs only. Kitchen is basic, everything worked. Beds and baths as described. We found it very agreeable, but were out and about most of the day. Host was very communicative and helpful. The city tax was a tricky thing- I would just offer to leave cash for it. The bank transfer thing was crazy. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again.」

「We had booked this property in 2020 and were so disappointed when we had to cancel due to Covid. When replanning for 2024 we were thrilled to find out we could secure this place again and it did not disappoint. The apartment easily housed our party of two couples and the views from the terrace are amazing....had coffee and wine there daily. Graca is a wonderful neighborhood and we were comfortable exploring it and the rest of Lisbon during our 5 day stay.....mostly by foot....both down, then...

「Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Wohnzimmer liegt direkt an einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nur die Außendusche ist veraltet und konnte daher nicht genutzt werden. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts ein großes Problem mit Motten, wovon es mit der Zeit auch immer mehr gab, ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.」

「Belle expérience dans le quartier Alfama, proche du coeur de la ville de Lisbonne. Le seul inconvénient était le stationnement de l’auto et de transporter nos valises jusqu’à l’appartement mais je pense que c’est la norme dans cette ville! Beaucoup de services et restaurants dans le quartier, près de la gare aussi. Très proche de l’eau. Appartement très propre et facile de communiquer avec le propriétaire.」

「Maison joliment décorée proche de Belem. Par contre, il faut savoir que l'une des chambres du RDC est une pièce noire sans fenêtre. À l'étage, le salon et la chambre sont très sombres et sous les toits. La chaleur était étouffante, mais heureusement, il y avait des ventilateurs. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons dû patienter une après midi entière pour que le plombier vienne réparer le problème. Sur 3 jours de séjour, c'est dommage. Enfin, le problème principal...

「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」

「Clean and good sized apartment in a great, peaceful residential area. Close enough to walk most places with a decent selection of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet outside of the noise and constant foot traffic. Definitely recommend!」

「The room is nice and clean, extremely spacious, had pretty much every amenity you would expect to have in a hotel. It even had an amazing espresso machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and all sorts of cooking equipments and utensils. The swimming pool is also amazing」
