「Our stay was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. The apartments are amazing and great value for money. Perfect location to stay for a break in Milan. Within walking distance of the Duomo and easy to get to anywhere in Milan from the apartment. It’s was my partners birthday and they left a note for him and a bottle of Prosecco- which was a lovely touch! The staff are super helpful and are always there to answer any questions! 」

「The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand. 」

「Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. 「Die gebuchte Unterkunft ist sehr einfach gehalten, was mir aber bei dem Preis durchaus bewusst war. Es war alles sehr sauber in der Unterkunft, inklusive Pool und Terrasse. Die Küchenzeile war neu. Es gab einen Gasherd mit 4 Kochfeldern, einen Kühlschrank, ein Eisfach, eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Auch die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen oder fleckig. Wir hatten 2 Reparaturen (Toilettenspülung und Steckdose), die sofort durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal ist super...

Better than ok but no as good as imagined

"The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the table had not been cleaned daily. Breakfast is quite nice and range is good."

"It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time."

"The hotel is pretty close to the Milan Central Train Station and M2 metro line (within 5 to 10 minutes by foot). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big, though a bit old, is clean. All drink in the room is free of charge, which is great. Overall the experience is good."
