“Pretty solid B&B. Friendly and welcoming host. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location, just a shame it was in the middle of a storm so couldn’t appreciate the area. Was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Only real downsides for me is there was no desk or chair to work at and was asked to check out half an hour earlier than the booking stated. I would return, but would also appreciate a veggie/vegan breakfast being offered. ”

“Fran is a wonderful host and crammed so many helpful little touches into the Old Stables, from a full set of guides and pamphlets to local activities to a comprehensive welcome package of essentials such as milk, water and cereals. It's nice to find a place to stay that even has sauces and salt and pepper - much overlooked by other property owners. We had a wonderful time, chilling out on the patio watching the sheep grazing and spotting wildlife. The property is perfectly positioned to access……

But the best is Susan who tends to all of your needs! She makes the apartment smell amazing in an instant. She spoils us with a basket full of biscuits and chocolate (which she refills upon request of an additional refresher of linens). Fresh flowers, cream eggs, a pantry full of pasta and sauces, breakfast items, a whole selection of teas and……
