「1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。」

「Big hotel. Big rooms. Great pools. Modern, with conference style feel. Remarkable buffet, no need to go up the road and pay extra. Chocolate fountain on two nights. No decaff tea - go next door to the cliff after dinner for that. VidaMar suited us as a great base (we didn’t rent a car), we used bus or booked trips. The ‘west’ jeep discovery tour is a must. Plus all the other go-to places. Walk to Camera de Lobos and get the bus back. Madeira exceeded our expectations. 」

De nos jours il est si facile d'utiliser un traducteur ! Pas d'enregistrement de la carte bancaire, ce qui a entrainé de nombreuses difficultés lors des consommations. Dommage」

「Das Hotel war sehr gut und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Innenstadt von Funchal ist per Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und auch das Haus haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Terasse, wie auch die Inneneinrichtung sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Zimmerservice waren super nett! Im Restaurant war das leider nicht der Fall. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, allerdings nicht sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich hat es uns wie gesagt sehr gut gefallen und wir...

「This was a gem of a find. The facilities are slightly dated but the upkeep and condition is excellent. All of the staff that we encountered were superb. We felt that the selection that we had at the restaurant were very good and a good value. We'd recommend this hotel to our family and friends -- we would like to do a return visit ourselves!」
