「There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!」

「The Jordan tower hotel is basic, but if you’re looking for somewhere just to be based for a couple of days, it’s in a very good location. Also the staff were very helpful, with breakfast included. But the location is very central, it means there is a lot of noise from outside, so bring noise cancelling headphones and/or earplugs. This of course isn’t the fault of the hotels and hostels around downtown Amman. 」

「Great loacation as it is very close to the city center. Staff call the room every morning to asknif we come down for breakfast which was annoying. Additionally the breakfast area has one toaster that does not work. Great gotel but rooms need some upgrading and WiFi was terrible on our floor. Staff stated that WiFI works best in the lobby which was a little dissapointing. Overall reccomend for the location but needs improvement. Breakfast was also the same items every day which got tiring really...

「The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place.」

「I was greeted by the Desk Clerk in a very friendly manner and was shown to my room. The breakfast consisted of varied vegetables, boiled eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, orange juice and coffee.」

「Really appreciated the prompt communication from the host, and helpful information about transportation. The room is spacious and the rooftop view is amazing. Note that this is not a hotel, but private room and bathroom. Better than a hotel because of the shared kitchen and laundry area. Highly recommend!」
