“Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the……

“Stayed here our 16 wedding Anniversary. From the walk through the door to the check out. The staff, our room, the view from our room, the food and the whole experience was a 10 out of 10.”

“I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. ”

“We had problems with our room keys a few times and had to keep going to the desk. The front desk was kind and assisted but it was a bit annoying when you can’t access your room or pool area when you need to. ”

“Noisy and the grounds could have been mowed and there was trash around that could have been picked up ”

“Parking lot is small. When we returned from dinner, we weren't able to park on the property, but had to park at the hotel next door. The common eating area was small too. There was not enough seating for the guests in the morning for breakfast. Clean up for tables should have been faster so that tables weren't left dirty and people could sit.”
