「I interacted with 5 different staff members and all were extremely friendly. I loved the breakfast they had in the morning and the pool was heated! The neighborhood itself had an interesting population at night.. but the hotel itself was great and I felt safe the entire time. They also have a work out area and the lobby is huge.」

「Driving in I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood but at the Riverside itself I felt perfectly safe. The compound is awesome and very walkable. If walking us a problem make sure you get a room near the lobby. I logged almost 2 miles in steps between awesome pool, excellent restaurant and front desk visits .」

「Room was small but perfect for my business trip. Had everything I could have wanted. Coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working but there was coffee in my room. Will stay again when working in Nampa. 」

「Great location for weary travelers to walk about shopping the area instead of driving. Restaurants are close and walkable. Deadbolt would not work and beds are extra firm. 」

「Great place to stay, owner was friendly and helpful, we didn’t arrive till late evening and we were greeted with a smile and friendly service. Restaurant ideas and sites to see. The room was cozy and clean. The room hit all the marks, WiFi, clean, TV, sheets, mattress all above exceptions. Highly recommend! 」

「My TV didn't work properly when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk (Jasper I beleive) and he immediately came to my room to check it out, and was unable fix it. He then offered a new room or to wait for a technician. I opted for a new room, which he set up right away. He helped me move my luggage to the new room. I thought he did a super job of quicklly solving this problem.」

「Very nice value property, close to the airport but not adjacent to airport of freeway (they have a shuttle but I didn't need it). The self-serve breakfast is top-flite, as these go. Hot dishes plus good variety and fresh fruit.」

「Front desk people were very good. Breakfast was excellent housekeeping was absolutely horrible. Nobody could speak English nor could they communicate with someone that couldn’t speak Spanish every day nothing but a headache finally just told him to just stay out. Try to get towels can’t communicate with them. I would not recommend this property for myself or others due to housekeeping in capable of communications」
