「With close metro station, Parque Supermarkets and restaurants can be easily found. Rooms are very clean and cosy. 」

「Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY...

「I am very mad there was no FREE wifi whereas my booking show free WiFi. The reception say Public area is free but I cannot get any data. I then signed up as Marriott member just to get free WiFi in my room but again, I logged in but no data. This is not and should not be the standard of any decent hotel let alone the Marriott! Very disappointed. I have an extra day in Lisbon and I have chosen to switch hotel for real WiFi. Sad! I am trying Carlton Marriott in Madrid tonight...

「Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.」

「My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.」

「The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.」

「We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!」

「The best place I have ever stayed. I came here for some Golden Visa procedures, during COVID time it is really headache as I have to find clinic and print tones of stuff. Nevertheless, the staff here is very helpful and nice that they helped me a lot in printing stuff, calling clinic, morning call, luggage handling... etc. Even the intern, Sara, did a very good job. The service really exceeds my expectation and I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Lisbon. 」
