「設備老舊，飲食選擇太少」

「酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。」

「THe staff was very helpful, very thankful as they helped me much on planning to visit the city!! WiFi was too slow!! The shower gel, conditioner and shampoo all unavailable, provided as body lotion instead.」

「The hotel is near to the entrance to the Alhambra Palace. There is a coffee shop, restaurant (reservation recommended.) is open to the public. The surrounding is quite nice. Very historic. (The hotel provides brief brochure.) It should be very comfortable to sit outdoors in the summer time. Will come back again.」

「This is a very basic hotel. The location is super close to Alhambra. You can (and require in high season) to book tickets to Alhambra anyway, so this mitigation somewhat the location advantage, as there is no need to line up. It is ranked as 4-Star but don’t expect anything you usually expect.」

「Not very close to Alhambra 」

「Nuestra familia agradece a Don Juan por la cálida hospitalidad. El hotel está ubicado bastante cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad. En general, ¡la ubicación es excelente! Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, estamos satisfechos. Un agradecimiento especial por la mejora gratuita de la categoría de nuestra habitación. También teníamos incluido el desayuno, del cual también quedamos satisfechos. Había carne, huevos, queso, cereales, mucha repostería y bebidas.」

「The faucet in the bathroom of the hotel has been leaking, the whole room is full of water, and the wooden door may have a heavy taste due to long-term soaking in water.」

「The room is very big. It is a bit noise as it is next to the street. Staffs are green but enthusiasm. The Resturant is good especially the breakfast. The waiter of mid age man had given me very good service.」

「The hotel is close to the city centre and basically very convenient to everywhere of the town. The room is modern and clean. It is particularly good that a street at the back door (?) of the hotel has lots of small bars and restaurants at night, where we never need to trouble for food. I arrive Granada at the ALSA bus station, and I suggest to go to this hotel by taxi. It costs less than 10 euros, and it may not be directly accessible via bus. 」
