「We love coming to Celtic Manor this is our favourite place as we got married at the lodge there back in 2010 . We normally book through the main website but as times are hard we looked at an alternate site which was exactly the same as the main site saving us £80 . We always enjoy our time at Celtic Manor 」

「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「For £33 I couldnt really complain! Was suprised at the rooms they were new clean however I was solo and had a twin room (only option available to book) and the room size would be a tight squeeze for two people with luggage etc but I only needed somewhere to stay for the night as I was up and checked out early. Central location. Easy to find and get into cardiff city centre. 」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「When we got there we were told that the lift was out of order and our room was on the third floor. My brother walks with a stick and the receptionist (Liam) immediately sorted out a room on the first floor and took our bags up (even though I could have taken mine, bless him). The restaurant does a great Sunday lunch and in the evening sitting in the bar playing cards or yahtzee enjoying their snacks and looking out over the bay, was most enjoyable. It is beachside and less than a five-ten minute...
