「Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc」

「Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place 」

「第一天入住的時候還可以 聯繫職員也很有效率 有一間洗手間發出臭味 大概是通水的渠經過那間洗手間 發出尿的臭味 而且花灑開關裝置也是壞的 即使工人弄好 隔了一會兒也是壞的 最後一晚的時候非常生氣 我們出外的時間關了所有門 一回到渡假屋的時候 發現大門開了 我們屋內的門也開了 本來以為是有小偷入了屋 問了職員後 原來他們會入你的屋查看你的冷氣關了沒 但生氣的是沒有幫我關了門」

「Location is good, 2 minutes to walk to Pratumnak Beach; 20-steps to 7-11 at the street corner. Some restaurants are nearbys, both Thais & Westerns. Maid came everyday to dispose of garbage and tidy the beds. Floor is clean at the beginning but became dirty later without wiping. There are total of 4 rooms in the villa, 3 on the second floor and the other on the ground floor. 「是獨立一間屋，鏡面裝修錯覺大。其實間屋很細。沖涼水壓太低， 熱水時冷時熱，個個都話沖完好似無沖。 主人房外 ，2間房間較細小， 距離食市，超市及景點較遠 最好包車才去住。 泳池可以，已提供浮床。」

「整體算是不錯，房屋夠大，但美中不足的是房屋有些位置比較舊，房屋生活用品算齊全，廁所清潔用品只有毛巾，沒有提供牙刷，有沖涼液但不好用，還有就是蚊蟲很多。」

Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, bei fast allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien zu schwach und würden dann nur teilweise ausgetauscht! Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gepflegt, Blätter verwelkt oder Pflanzen verwildert. Pool war nicht gepflegt, verwelkte Blätter am Grund und der Rasen am Pool teilweise vertrocknet.」
