「The hotel was situated in a secluded area, separated from the rest of the town. The staff members were exceptional - they treated me like family. Every single person, from the employees on the 17th-floor bar to those at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, polite, and helpful. I had such a great experience that I can't wait to go back, and next time, I plan to bring along even more friends.」

「The bar staff are not very good with English and the alcohol in the cocktails is non-existent. Either they water it down or just don’t put any in. Long Island iced tea tasted like watered down coke with ice. Rum and coke tasted just like coke. 」

「Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel is beautifully located at their own beach with amazing views. However, the guests are very loud and doing fotoshoots everywhere, very annoying. Please make designated areas where they can make fotos. 」

「Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind.」

「This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay.」
