「I have reserved a room with private bathroom...It is supposed that it is an ensuite bathroom. Finally, it found that the toilet is in the room, but the bathroom is opened for public. It is a little shock. Luckily, the nice staff was willing to upgrade our room to REAL ensuite bathroom...」

「The property location was fantastic being in centre of town, 2 minutes walk from train station. The hotel accommodation was basic and needing some serious TLC but for us it was exactly what we were going for somewhere to put our heads down and have a shower as we were on stag do we had 1 of the family rooms which was idea with all the amenities. 「Beautiful lake scenary looking out from room window, room is big but hot due to adverse weather conditions at end of June. Food is good in both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Quite good service from all staff. Very attractive exterior design of the hotel, we take many lovely pictures.」
