Staff were professional and helpful. 1 room (of 2) initially wasn't ready on time, but they made an extra effort to keep us informed whilst we waited. "Clean, modern and quiet. Spacious room with a large bed and good sized bathroom. Shower drainage was slow but not a big issue. Great location, close to many bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to the Star Ferry pier and Temple Street. Hotel is on a hill but easily avoidable by going through the Mira Place Shopping mall, along Knutsford Terrace and into the car park where there is a lift. Would stay again."

"Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"
