「We stayed 3 nights in this charming riad earlier this week, and we could not have wished for more. Marco the owner welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits and showed us on a map the best places to visit. We felt very welcome. The room was very comfortable, and everywhere was spotless. 「Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room. Mr Abdou was kind and courteous, answering any questions and showing me the walking route to the city centre. The Tagine was excellent and the room was comfortable.」

「We got to the hotel at around 1am, The staff member couldnt find the booking, took around 10 minutes to find it on his system 2nd, i booked this hotel due to getting a free upgrade if rooms were available, exec and family rooms were available but the staff member serving us could not give us an upgrade as he did not know how to and the main staff had gone home for the night 3rd - had 1 bath towel in the bath when room was booked for 2 people 」
