「I didn't like the idea of having to scan on my phone to be able to order food to room. Also not having a mini fridge in my room or microwave for how much I paid for the stay. I liked the convenienve of getting to my room easy. 」

「good, clean hotel. Staff was not very knowledgeable. You need to pay to park in their own parking lot. 」

「Room was clean and comfy. The only complaint was the night shade in the bedroom was not wide enough to cover the entire window and the shade in the living room was too wide. They need to be reversed. 」

「Our stay was good it was our anniversary. The beds where low and we both needed a 3rd pillow but other than that it was very nice. 」

「Only needed to stay a short night due to a canceled flight all was great EXCEPT my A/C wasn’t working and neither was the fridge. I did report the A/C but bc it was after MN chose to not have it fixed but it was HOT. 」

「It was very clean, spacious, & close to the things we wanted to do. Lots of places to eat nearby. The pool was amazing, great fitness area, and lots of places for everyone to hang out in the common areas. Will definitely stay here again if back in Charlotte. 」

「The hotel room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. I wish we had access to the breakfast potatoes, but then again went to a late breakfast. The pancake maker was legit! :) The only complaint is that the pillows were flat as pancakes. 」
