「Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting. 」

「Vi hade en jättebra vistelse på hotellet med jättebra service och det var rent och snyggt. Takpoolen var underbar men serveringen hade kunnat vara bättre vid poolen. Maten var jättebra, konstigt nog var lunchmenyn större än kvällsmenyn. Det var jätteskönt att sitta på serveringen på taket på kvällen. 」

「They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. The swimming pool on the roof was lovely and open early. The hotel was very clean, Sets of two rooms shared a communal area with a fridge. The hotel was conviently located on the edge of the historic part of town.」

「Really not enjoyed, it was never informed renovation going on in tg8s hotel. If it was known never booked. Paid a hefty amount much higher than hotels in down town. Never expected and disappointing.」

「I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was fantastic! The hotel is ideally located just a block or two inland from the harbor and the fishing nets. Gorgeous property. 」

「The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. 」

「Fantastic staff and the best restaurant we have ever eaten in! A good alternative to Fort Cochi which isn't as nice as is made out to be! The street is very busy but our windows blocked out all noise. Would highly recommend. 」
