「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「The room was fair, the plug in the bathroom sink didn’t work, the bedside light was a bit dodgy. There were too many stairs for my bad knees, especially carrying a case down.」

「Pretty little hotel. Rooms well equipped & very clean. Debbie was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of choice & fresh & tasty…. & with a view over the sea, through some trees! Would definitely recommend. 」

「The room we stayed in (3) seemed brand new. It was large with a comfortable bed and excellent walk in shower. We also discovered that they did evening meals, which were good value for money, tasty and filling. The male staff we met were very efficient without being over friendly, whilst our breakfast server, female, was both.」

「The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.」
