I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. ”

“Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! ”

“Plus: v clean & tidy. Modern equipment.comfy sofas.parking. Cons: slippery shower base - needs a rubber mat.need booklet on equipment to explain the controls. Needs a secondary form of heating eg oil fired electric radiator.”

“Very smart well equipped apartment. it had everything you could need. Superb location with great terrace and views.. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great lounge and kitchen. If you are going into Torquay go through the garden and down the steps, very quick and easy (we got taxis back!). We did struggle a bit with the electric ceiling heating, although the instructions were comprehensive it was difficult to know if it worked.”

“Perfect place to stay I went with my adult daughters. Beautiful location with sea views. Lovely hosts Martin and Diane nothing too much trouble. Martin has a sound knowledge of the areas and printed out many activities and days out for our stay very bespoke! Place was immaculate with all mod cons very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely visit again. Jane Dewhurst”

“My overall rating of 4 stars is based on the fact that the description and photos given are incorrect. The settee shown in the photo has been changed to a very uncomfortable and grubby replacement. The info in the apartment states the same settee as shown in the photo, this is misleading information. I booked the apartment on the assumption that the settee and chair would be the same as shown. As I suffer with a bad back our holiday had to be cut short, solely due to poor seating. Having said……

“Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. We stayed in flat 4 which was ground floor so ideal carrying stuff to and from My only criticism is no washing machine, leaving us with wet clothes from the beach and every time you……

“This is a stunning apartment in an ideal location for anyone visiting Torquay. Situated just a 30 min walk from the harbour, it is also on a main bus route and less than a 5 mins walk from a good sized Co-Op, The Kents pub & restaurant and several cafe's, bars etc. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, with every amenity you need for a short break. It has the most comfortable beds, an amazing shower & is a great price. What more could you want! This is the ideal accommodation for up……
