「We didn't know it was a timeshare property when we booked. It seemed that owners knew more about what was going on at the property or where to find put about activities. After 2 days we figured things out, but we missed some fun things the first 2 days.」

We stayed on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. It is a 1 minute or less walk/bike ride to the river so on top of being in a cute little nook, there was plenty of bike riding, walking, hiking for us to do. I normally stay at chain hotels, and I am miserable EVERY time. However, the only complaint I have here is the batteries in the remote...

「While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!」

「Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges. However, the 2nd room was less than half the size of the first and not nearly as well furnished. Then i requested an additional night. They accomodated me,...
