“This property is meticulous. Everything that you need has been thought of, and it is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated, clean, well-organized, great linens and super comfy beds. The host supplied coffee, sun screen, cleaning items, and a great set-up to walk the 7 minutes to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. The house is beautiful and pool is great. The channel is fun to watch the boats go back and forth. Beach is very walkable, other restaurants and food places,……

Stayed in communication afterwards to refund part of our payment to our satisfaction. Since this was a recent purchase of the owners, they were very willing to work out the hiccups. “We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!”
