「My friends and I stayed here for one night during what was supposed to be the peak time for Sakura in Lake Yamanakako. This place did not disappoint despite the Sakura being shy. The view from our room And the rooftop was incredible, the owners and workers were also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall we felt so grateful for our experience. 」

「Reserved a mountain view room with private onsen. Unfortunately, the weather was not good so I could not see the Mount Fuji. Staff were nice and served us good food. Will definitely recommend for those who want to enjoy a fabulous vacation.」

「一間位置寧靜的溫泉♨️酒店🏨，一泊二食的食物都好豐富；宵夜時段還提供咖哩飯和白酒給住客。酒店分別提供客房私人風呂和大眾風呂，溫泉沒有經常浸到的硫黃味道。每位服務員都好用心服務，因為言語不通，會便用電話上網翻譯；跟我們解答問題和溝通。」

「Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We really appreciated the staff and their service while we were there. I highly recommend this stay!」

「It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it.」
