“This is a nice hotel/motel ideal if you are sailing from Plymouth or arriving back on the ferry. The room was spacious enough for 2 and very clean. The bed linen and towels snowy white. It has a nice bar and we were made very welcome, we had our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant both were well presented and very tasty. I would definitely recommend.”

“Stay way lovely. Hotel right in the middle of Exeter, walking distance from shops and places to eat. Rooms finished to a high standard with lovely additions. Rooftop bar perfect for a relaxing drink. “A perfect overnight stay at a beautiful historic property. Our large room was very comfortable, including the softest sheets. Lounge with open fire to relax in. Breakfast was excellent with homemade granola and local produce perfectly cooked. The drive from the main road was longer and windier than we expected and if we are able to make a return visit we will try and arrive in daylight. Also a short walk from the car park to the front drive for anyone with mobility problems. ”
