“Excellent location and view!”

“I have booked the hotel with breakfast but finally the hotel staff said this special price can not provide the breakfast. I have checked the price again in hotels.com for the same check-in date when I check-in and found paid euro 1 more then the breakfast can be covered so my booking price is reasonble to get breakfast. Information is inaccurate in web and hotel staff can not help on compensation even you showed the booking information with breakfast.”

“A great little gem 3 minutes from the beach/marina. Several fresh seafood restaurants around the area. The beds were clean/comfortable, the rooms were clean, the hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very very helpful. ”

“The room is very good and the staff is helpful. There are very limited parking lots in the hotel and so, if you drive, you may need to park your car in the public car park nearby, which is about 5 minutes walk from hotel. The daily parking fee of the public car park is about 26 Euro (for 24 hours). ”

“Our stay at Hotel Spicy was great!!! They provide shuttle service to the main area for 2 euros and it comes very often. We also did a Amalfi & Positano boat trip through the hotel where they had someone come pick us up directly from the hotel. There were so many great convenience factors and I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sorrento! Be sure to check out the natural swimming hole that is just a walking distance from the hotel for an amazing free excursion! ”

“浴室浴缸漏水向酒店提出一直沒有解決，住了四晚床單一直沒被換過。酒店員工服務態度是好的，幫助訂出租車還是很負責的。”

“1.景色優美，餐廳可看見遠處的維蘇威火山 2.接駁車離車站約10鐘 3.服務人員親切，接駁車的司機大哥也很好 退房時，幫忙載有行李的旅客去車站 4.房間不算新，但夠大且乾淨舒適，早餐有現打的果汁”

“地點很好，距離碼頭算近，但停車是代客趴車服務，且飯店門口是單行道，錯過了就要再繞一大圈，且要找到路邊可暫停的地方。早餐豐富，服務人員都很棒。頂樓bar不錯，但我們沒有看仔細優惠，是買一杯送一杯->適用一人。”

“Plus side: The hotel is perfectly placed right in the City of Sorrento, which made it easy to go to the train station, the port and the city centre. Friendly staff gave us a lot of ideas of going around the city. Negative side: There seemed to be no cleaning staff in the night. So when I asked for an extra quilt, the reception lady would need to carry the quilt up the stairs for us... Could get very noisy at night becuase there's a bar downstairs...”
