“Check in was easy. Kids liked the pool. Dinner buffet was excellent for kids with lots of options. The union station was a nice place to walk around. Fed the koi. ”

“I've had a very pleasant stay the past two times I've stayed here. The staff are friendly and they seem to be making improvements throughout the property. The pool is now open and the manager indicated they are working to secure an eatery, which I believe closed before covid. Good location and reasonable rates for the stay. I'll be back!”

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“This place offers free breakfast,dinner, and drinks along with a pool and hot tub and a gated parking lot. All night access to snacks and drinks. You get a lot of service for. Such little price. We will definitely be staying again”

“Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.”
