“Excellent hotel ”

“I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back……

“Staff are very polite and smile a lot. It makes me feel like home! And the room is very clean. Also, the view is extremely wonderful! If I visit Tokyo again, I will definitely choose it again!”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“Excellent service overall with everything close by. The size of the room is agreeable as it is because it’s Tokyo! The decor is modern with superb cleanliness standard. Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. The only complain is the toilet needs extra ventilation for no matter how I sanitised and wiped with alcohol it still smells like concentrated piss”

“This is my third stay with Peninsula Tokyo. Perfect experience. I like its convenient location both to the commercial malls and the palace garden. It's just a 30-minute walk to the Tokyo station where I could reach out to everywhere.”

“Grand hotel with Beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the stay very much. Need to walk uphill from the nearby Metro station to the hotel, could be good exercise in nice weather.”

“The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice. Some improvement may be needed for the room, as it is not cleaned up very well, and the remote control of the television was not working well. But overall, the room is bigger than I expect before, and it is very comfortable. ”

“The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible……

“Location is good, can see nice view of Tokyo Tower from the room. Room switches is a bit confusing, do not have a master switch next to the bed. Disappointed that do not have international plug in the room from the international brand hotel and expensive room. Small bath room and small bath tub, can’t open amenity packing, maybe nice design but the QC is not good.”
