“This property was wonderful. Our family of 4 adults and a toddler enjoyed our visit. The room was beautiful and clean. Spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The beach is gorgeous. They have beach chairs for your use. The pool was fun, with umbrellas and chairs. We’ll be back. ”

“Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.”

“What an incredible experience! This retreat is truly a five star gem. The pool area, nestled amidst lush tropical landscaping, exudes a luxurious resort-like atmosphere. The ground floor unit was impeccably clean with top notch linens and a cozy queen bed. Communication with the owners was outstanding ; they were simply fantastic people who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. And who could forget Jax the resident border collie who we enjoyed playing frisbee with.. This retreat……

“Beautiful home, exactly as pictured!! Host was easy to communicate with even though we had no issues! Everything was thought of to make the stay comfortable. We didn’t cook to take advantage of the local restaurants but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed and then some! The beach was amazing. Down just a few steps. It was basically a private beach. Living room furniture as well as beds were comfortable. Best part was you can hear the ocean while going to sleep! We would definitely……

The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!”

“This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.”

“Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill.
