“Had a fantastic short break in this lovely apartment. It was spacious, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed. It was in such a great location, literally minutes from the beach, and had the woods behind it which you could look at from the balcony. It was a very peaceful street with loads of parking. We had our own parking space but I parked on the road as it was easier to get out with our space being close to a wall and other residents cars, and me not being the best parker in the……

“Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities and finishing touches that really elevates it to the next level. Short walk to the beach and local shops. About 15 minutes drive to central Bournemouth. The host provided good communication and everything felt very well organised. We had a great time.”

“The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone. ”

“The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases……

“Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal..”

“A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though.”
