“The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone. ”

“While close to the sea (~10 minutes walk), a lovely old building with character on a quiet road, with a view of trees from the bedroom window. Friendly and welcoming staff.”

“Booked this hotel at the last minute and boy did we get a great deal. We were greeted on reception by a lovely friendly lady unfortunately I did not get her name but she was really welcoming. Our room was large and spacious, large comfy bed the view was over looking Bournemouth conference centre but step out side your room and the views our of Bournemouth pier. Bathroom with shower was spotless. Inside wardrobe was safe for personal belongings oh and an iron. Breakfast. Was help yourself to……

“Lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic the lady on reception when we checked in was so nice. Room was lovely and clean and good selection of teas and coffee. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work unfortunately and we found the bed a bit to soft for us but thats personal preference. We usually stay at the sister hotel across the road but actually prefer this one. Highly recommend and booking to go back in July for our daughters graduation.”

“212 years old. On a hill. Unique property. A certain elegance about the hotel with its fittings. Excellent staff. Dated to an extent because of its age. Room was fine. High-ceilings. Creaky floorboards. Clean and tidy. I was happy to stay there. ”

“A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though.”
