“I stayed at the Carlton with my 9 year old daughter. We had a lovely time. As others have said, parts of it are a bit tired and some of the communal areas (particularly the outside terraces) were a bit grubby. But we found our room very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. To quote my daughter "the breakfast was awesome". The location was great, right on the beach, and a short walk to Bournemouth pier. I would stay here again. ”
