“It is awesome! I enjoy living here will my friends’ family, we really have a good time . And the communication with the host is excellent , there are some more rooms together in the cottage which means you will have more choices. I highly recommend and probably come back with my friends. ”

“We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hang out next to a fire with the incredible view or outside in the yard overlooking the ocean. The place was clean, comfortable and easily situated. Only 10 mins to Sooke for dining and activities, although you never want to leave! The cutest little coffee shop is only 8 minutes the other direction in Shirley, BC with a large selection of desserts including lots of gluten free options. Great place! Definitely will stay here again when in the area!!”

“Firstly Pat is a lovely host; friendly, approachable, happy to help. (Ps her home made cookies were delightful!) She was very accommodating with our 9month old baby. The cabin/house is modern and has everything you need. (Seriously, everything) It’s nestled on a cliff with stunning views of the neighbouring islands. The sunsets are insane! You can watch them in the hot tub.”

“Great location with amazing views. The only issue we had was cleanliness - many of the cooking utensils seemed dirty, towels / cushion covers in the washer and small bugs on the covers of all the beds. From previous reviews this seems a one-off and shouldn’t stop you booking!!”

Beautiful outdoor areas with the patio and surrounding garden, and the seating area out by the water. “What a gem of a spot! Amazing place to stay with your family and kids. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The house was fully equiped, even games and pool accessories. You do not need to leave the resort for anything. They have everything in the store you could need. The restaurant was amazing too! Also as a parent, the massive water trampolines were a wonderful feature to keep the kids entertained! We will definitely be back!!”

“The owners of this vacation cottage thought of absolutely everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Everyone of our needs were met in what was available and supplied. The rooms are all spacious and the outside patio area was like your own private backyard. This was probably the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch kann man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen (Strand, Supermarkt, Hafen). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir im Haus schön gemeinsam Fühstücken und Abendessen konnten. Auf dem Balkon steht ein Grill, den wir gerne genutzt haben.”
