My husband and I went to celebrate my husbands birthday and it was our first couple trip since we had kids (7 years ago). "Very pleasant stay overall. Decor is dated and the bed mattresses were too soft and creaky. Needs two room turnovers per day not just one at these room rates. Sound insulation between floors is very poor. Hotel complex is very well laid out and the view from our suite was excellent. Service throughout the property was Excellent too. The on property winery is a nice bonus. "

"I’m not sure how to rate this hotel over the other ones in the area because I always have stayed at the Prestige when I’m in Salmon Arm. I can always count on my stay to be good. The location is perfect. The view from the lake side is beautiful. There’s a walking path along the waterfront for anyone interested in birds. If you want to shop it’s just a short stroll to the downtown area. "
