「The staff is very professional and polite. The full breakfast buffet was delicious…the food was fresh! Made to order omelette chef did a top notch job. This property had complimentary drinks from 5:30pm to 7:30pm with wine, beer and a nacho bar. Room was VERY spacious and clean, beds very comfortable 」

「Our room didn't look like the pictures, but we managed. The staff was very nice and the valet was so quick! Robie's, the restaurant in the hotel, was delicious and the drinks (and the bartender) were excellent! We were only there for the weekend, so our room only needed cleaned once. We got back to no bath towels, one hand towel, and someone's half drank water bottle. The trash was taken out but there was still a used coffee cup on the counter. It was very odd. Not sure if housekeeping was...

「Absolutely loved the Pennywell! In what you can tell once was a bank, it also had a modern touch in the lobby area. The valet parking was wonderful with the valet staff offering to help load and unload. The room was small, but extremely cozy, with a king size bed, comfortable mattress, and comfortable pillows. Will definitely be staying here the next time we got to a game...Cardinals or Battle Hawks」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
