“Very nice property and location. A couple of blocks to walk to beach. Short, easy walk to Carlsbad Village. Pay attention to description of property regarding only street parking and mini-fridge/wine cooler/no oven. One couch and no table/chairs for dining. Not an issue for us but might be for some. Easy to access hot tub and large outdoor table to use along with a grill. Could see a limited view of ocean from small deck area with a couple of chairs and a table accessed by metal spiral……

“All the amenities of being at home. Unit had a portable AC if needed, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans were enough. Gated lot, quiet complex. Didn't use the pool because temps dropped a bit. Will definitely stay again.”

“We would give every one of these rating categories a higher number if we could ...as we had a wonderful, simple and upbeat experience at the 645 Grand Avenue apartment. Its' location just a block from State Street with it's Farmer's Market each Wednesday and minimal steps to the 100+ shops and 50+ restaurants of the Village was an unexpected bonus. We immediately loved the short walk to the City Beach at night, morning, sunset and all day. Great sand, great surf for kids to play, great……
