“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

“The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. “Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.”

“We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!”
