“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“Property is beautiful and the staff are awesome- every encounter was perfect/ friendly, caring and polite. Only real issue we had was the black out shade in the room has large opening on sides so the billboards lights light up the room all night- but they provided a mask- which was appreciated- the team really went out of their way to accommodate us- truly awesome! ”

“I loved the hotel - the reception staff were great! The restaurant staff were horrible. Ignored us. When we finally got our order it was because we had to get another staff to help us. One night we had to get the hostess track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants or bars to others. ”
