"Amazing service from the moment you walk into the property. Kim was amazing with information and hospitality. The hotel provides continental breakfast which was amazing. Afternoon complimentary cheese and wine and evening milk and cookies. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating in every aspect. Walkable to restaurants and shopping and rainbow row."

"We are locals who stayed for a staycation for my birthday. Everything about Charleston Place is five star but the thing that sets this hotel apart is the service. Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality.
