「Clean & located near beach, etc. Will visit again. 」

「We love the location of this hotel as well as the staff. The lobby area was refreshed and is inviting. The room, however, needs attention. The carpet in our room was extremely dirty, the one mattress was way past time to needing to be replaced. The A/C worked great, but there was a terrible musty smell. Mold above the shower unit. Ended up with a sinus issue the last day of our stay. 」

「The Avenue Inn and Spa feels like a plush, luxury hotel without the luxury hotel price. The rooms and common areas were the cleanest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The available selections for breakfast were almost overwhelming and everything I tried was well cooked and delicious. The pool area was clean and well kept. The service was fantastic - everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be a repeat visitor. 」
