"Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. "

"Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. "

"This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. "It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."
