「Nice and clean room. Comfy bed, fast internet, lots of blankets and towels. Did not have a portable fan when we arrived but after notifying the staff, they quickly remedied this. And I greatly appreciated it. Very happy with the walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hot tub was a little too green looking for me to get in. Not sure if its just stained. Overall a great stay.」

「It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good including waffles, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and yogurt. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only drawback was that you have to drive to get to any restaurants. This was the 2nd time that I stayed here and I would definitely stay again. 」

「Great little gem to have a nice get away. Not far from trails, water and other small towns. No TV or radios in the room, great way to disconnect. You can always go downstairs and just talk and watch. Really thoughtful on the morning continental breakfast. Just a beautiful place to relax at.」

「I loved the privacy of the hot tub and the location was prime for walking to stores/restaurants. The shower curtain was a nice surprise that my friends got a laugh at. Overall would stay here again. My one thing that I would recommend having is a drying rack for dishes since there is no dishwasher. :)」

「Stayed at this property in Leadville and the views of the mountains are amazing and mesmerizing! Love the vicinity to everything downtown. Loved how fast it was to jump on Interstates and highways. Loved the location to other bigger cities. Loved the coziness of the property. However, we did have a couple of issues with the property but the response from the property manager and the resolution to these was quick where it did not impact our stay. 「This is a cute, clean property. It was easy to find directions from Google Maps. We stayed here overnight before climbing Mt. Elbert, which the South trailhead was just a 7-minute drive from the house. The host was very responsive to my questions and I was all set when I got there. I recommend this place.」
